Important Information

A. Payment.
Please send payment with your child's registration. Registrations can be accompanied by 50% or 100% payment; Final payment needs to be made by due date to avoid late fees. B. Late Fees and Refund Policy.  Fees are expected to be paid on time. All fees are due 21 days prior to the start of the program. Late payment will result in re-calculation of fees due based on date.  Returned check fee is $30.   Our poilicy on refunds is that there are no refunds.

C. Academy Location, Address and Directions.
Space Voyage Summer Academy will be set up at Summit Ridge Middle School in Littleton, CO. Driving Directions: C-470 to Bowles exit, east on Bowles to Simms, South on Simms to Coal Mine and School. Enter through door marked Space Voyage on west side of building. Rand McNally: Denver StreetFinder (2001); Page 31 Area K. D. Transportation.
Transportation to and from each program location is a parent responsibility. A car pool list will be prepared and posted on our web site for interested parents. Please check the application form if you would like to be included. Car pool lists are posted one to two weeks prior to each program week.

E. Crew Size.
Crew size is usually limited to four (4) students. Each Academy week may have 5 to 10 crews attending. Students are encouraged to attend Space Voyage Academy with their friends.

F. Scholarships.
There are no scholarship monies available through Space Voyage. Students are encouraged to ask for scholarships from PTOs and school PTSAs. Payment plans are available. Contact Space Voyage for details.
