REGISTRATION INFORMATION, PROGRAM FEES AND DISCOUNT INFORMATION

SVA 2008 offers eight program weeks; 7 weeks having five days and one week having  4 days. The program day runs from 8 am to 3:30 pm Before and after care are provided for free. Participants can arrive between 7:30 am and 8 a., and must be picked up no later than 3:50 pm. All achievement levels are offered in every week.

Early Bird Registration Discounts: 
Register by March 31 and save $30. Early Bird Registrations can be used for one or more weeks, or for one or more siblings.  Not valid with any other discounts.  Early Bird Registration is $269 for all five day weeks and $219 for the Fourth of July week having 4 days.

Early Bird registration expires on March 31, 2008
Registrations must be postmarked by March 31, 2008.

Regular Registration Discounts:  Register (with postmark) by May 1 and take advantage of the following discounts.   

Sibling Discount:  10% discount for a sibling attending the academy.  Fees for all siblings must be paid in full and postmarked by May 1, 2008.  For  example, a family with two children attending
program  week 2 would remit $299 for the first child and $269 for
the  second (and each additional) child.  A family enrolling two
children after May 1st would remit $299 for each child. 

Multiple Week Discount:  10% discount for attending multiple weeks. Fees for all weeks must be paid in full and postmarked by May 1, 2008.  For example a student enrolling for two program  weeks that is registered by May 1st  would pay $299 for the first week and $269 for the second week. The maximum discount is 10% for any participant in any week. You may take one or the other, not both.

Late Registration and Walk-In Registration:  Participants  registering after May 1, as well as walk-ins are not eligible for discounts.

PROGRAM FEES INCLUDE -  A week of high energy interaction with SVA Staff, the Space Voyage equipment, and program consumables. Program Consumables and Souvenirs may include (but are not limited to): Program T-Shirt, SVA Notebook and Shuttle Logs, Time Study Packets, Space Art Materials, Contest Materials and more.

REGISTRATION CYCLE -  Select the program week or weeks you wish to attend; Complete "Registration Form"  below and mail in with payment. Upon receiving your registration you will be mailed:  Letter of Confirmation, Receipt, Invoice with due date (if applicable), Medical Form and Waiver. Mail in your completed Medical Form and  Waiver.  A Program Orientation Guide will be posted on our web site. Car Pool Lists will be available by sending us an E-mail to dr-palmere@spacevoyage.com   Only those marking "yes" on car pool information on the registration form will be included in any car pool list.
