A. Payment.
Please send payment with your child's registration. Registrations can be accompanied by 50% or 100% payment; to take advantage of discounts complete payment needs to be made by May 20th. B. Late Fees and Refund Policy.  Fees are expected to be paid on time.  Late payment, after May 20th, will result in re-calculation of fees due based on date of payment (i.e., discounts will be voided).  Returned check fee is $30.  Our policy on refunds is that there are no refunds.

C. Academy Location, Address and Directions.
Space Voyage Summer Academy will be set up at Summit Ridge Middle School in Littleton, CO. Driving Directions: C-470 to Bowles exit, east on Bowles to Simms (at first light, go right), Simms to Coal Mine; enter school parking lot and go left. Enter through doors marked Space Voyage on southwest end of the building. The school address is: Summit Ridge Middle School, 11809 West Coal Mine Ave., Littleton, CO 80127.

D. Transportation.
Transportation to and from each program location is a parent responsibility. A car pool list will be prepared and E-mailed to parents requesting carpool information on the registration form. Only those marking YES about car pool info on the registration form will be included and E-mailed information. We typically E-mail car pool info about a week before the start of your program week.

E. Crew Size.
Crew size is limited to four (4) students. Each Academy week may have 5 to 8 crews attending. Students are encouraged to attend Space Voyage Academy with their friends. 

F. Scholarships and Affiliate Program.
    Scholarship monies may be available from your school, PTOs and school PTSAs. Businesses interested in sponsoring students should contact  Space Voyage. Contact us if you are interested in our affiliate program, you can earn money by helping market and promote SVA.
