Dr. Palmere, the Camp Founder and Program Director, is available from 7am – 6pm, Monday – Friday at 303-985-3143. You can leave a message anytime and he will return your call as soon as possible. Dr. Palmere can always be reached using email at:

Program hours are from 8am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. At no extra cost, the Space Voyage staff provides complimentary supervised care for enrolled pathfinders or cadets a half hour before and after the camp. Students should not arrive earlier than 7:30am, and students’ presence after 4pm is liable to incur extraneous fees; please feel free to email Doc Palmere before the camp to discuss any extraordinary needs with respect to picking up after 4pm. Interested parents can sign up for the car pooling list on the registration form. We typically email carpool info about one week before your program week.

Simply print the brochure below, decide preferred weeks and payment methods, and follow the instructions on the brochure to mail in registration. Once received, you will receive an email containing a letter of confirmation, a receipt or invoice, a medical form, and a liability waiver.

Students should bring a non-refrigerated lunch to camp each day. You can bring your own drinks, or purchase a drink for 50 cents each day. We have a water fountain in the pavillion. On Friday of each week we have a pizza party lunch. Edible lessons and celebrations include: The Gold Fish Social, Edible Space Station, Big Space Ice Cream Mountain, Space Odyssey Ice Cream Cone, and, other assorted snacks such as fruit and crackers. If your child is on a restricted diet, please let us know.

We will refund as much as $20 per student that you or your organization refers to Space Voyage Summer Camp. Contact Dr. Palmere to learn more, sign up and help us with our marketing campaign.
